Conference Registration & Hotel Reservations
Register for the conference and make your hotel reservations at
the same time by using the link at the bottom of this page.
Register by Wednesday, January 4 to take advantage of our early
bird registration prices and to ensure hotel availability.
Partners are responsible for their travel costs, including
registration fees, accommodations and air travel.

Showcase
Exhibitors: Each exhibiting company receives two full
complimentary conference registrations, allowing access to all the
conference sessions, meals and events. Two unique url links are
issued to the company contact of record, allowing access the
registration site without paying the conference fee. A $25 late
fee applies to those registrations received after January 4, 2006.
Additional attendees from the company (beyond the two) can
purchase conference registrations at the posted rates.
North American Honours Partners may submit up to 100% of
conference registration fees and up to $1000 maximum per person
for travel expense for reimbursement through the Intermec Partner
co-op program, provided there are funds available in the company's
account. You must pay in full for these expenses and may submit a
request through the co-op program and provide appropriate
documentation up to 90 days after the close of the conference. For

cancellation fees are not eligible for co-op reimbursement.
Air Travel Arrangements
The Global Partner Business Meeting kicks off on Wednesday at
8:00am, so flight departures should arrive the evening prior,
Tuesday, February 7. The conference ends at 12:00pm on Friday,
February 10, so we recommend departures after 2:00pm on that day.
Dress Code
Plan on business casual attire for the entire conference. Please
keep your attire layered for unpredictable temperature
fluctuations that may occur in the various conference rooms.
